Current Clients: Utilize the link below to sign into your portal. You have access to pay invoices, view chart documents and to schedule new appointments based upon your therapist’s availability.

Virtual Front Desk

We offer a Virtual Front Desk to support both current clients and those who are interested in starting services with us.

When it’s open

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Closed on Saturdays and Sundays

For individuals interested in services
During Virtual Front Desk hours, you’re welcome to click the link above to briefly connect with our administrative team. This is a space to ask general questions, begin the registration process, or learn more about next steps for care.

For current clients

  • If you have a daytime appointment (before 3:00 p.m.), a brief virtual check-in is required.
  • Sessions scheduled at 3:00 p.m. or later do not require check-in.
  • Co-pays and session fees may be collected at different times throughout the day.

Please note that we do not offer Virtual Front Desk or check-in support on weekends. If you need help with administrative questions, scheduling, or brief check-ins, our team is happy to assist during the hours listed above.
