Accepting Clients via Open Path and Self-Pay

$30 for individual 50 minute sessions / $60 for 60 minute couples/family sessions

I aim to approach clients with congruence, empathy, and cultural humility to cultivate a space where they can feel seen and validated.  I believe that effective therapy begins with a therapeutic relationship built on trust wherein the client and counselor work together to tackle the concerns and goals the client brings.

Throughout my childhood, I saw the effects of limited access to mental health care and education in my family members, friends, and myself.  This resulted in cycles of relapse, stigmatization, and silencing in my community.  This experience inspired me to become a counselor so that I can deliver therapeutic care to underserved communities so that cycles like these can be stopped.

When I’m not working or doing schoolwork, I enjoy making art, playing video games with my husband, and playing with our energetic puppy.
