Soul Restoration Counseling Services, PLLC provides individual, family and couples psycho-therapy sessions to residents of North Carolina.

INSURANCE

The following insurances are accepted:

  • NC Medicaid – Healthy Blue, Carolina Complete, AmeriHealth, UHC Community Plan
  • Blue Cross – Blue Shield plans ( We do not accept Blue Value, Blue Local, Blue Home, POS/EPO plans)
  • Aetna NC State Health Plan
  • United HealthCare, Oscar, Optum and UMR plans
  • Aetna

We are able to provide documentation or a super bill for self-pay/out of network clients to submit to insurers, if needed.

Prepare and Enrich Pre-Marital Counseling

Prepare/Enrich is a research-based program designed to equip couples with evidence-based skills and insights to foster healthy relationships and deepen emotional bonds. This program starts with a strengths-oriented assessment provided through the Prepare/Enrich website. You will receive a code and link to complete the assessment.
The assessment provides valuable information and gives a personalized snapshot of the relationship. Every couple is required to complete the assessment prior to attending the initial appointment. Results will be sent to your therapist for review. You will also receive a copy of your results during your first appointment.

Your sessions will be tailored based on the assessment results and your feedback. The program will allow couples to process topics on communication, relationship roles, sex, marriage expectations and much more. The program will last for 6 sessions (occurring weekly).

Unlike clinical treatment, the Prepare/Enrich does not require a mental health diagnosis and insurance is not accepted as a form of payment.

PAYMENT

All fees are due at the time of service. Non-payment will result in suspension of therapy services. Payments may be made using any major credit card/debit card/HSA card. Checks/Cash will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients who do not attend scheduled therapy appointments and/or do not give advance notice (at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment) of cancellation are expected to pay a missed appointment fee of $100. Please note that the cost of missed appointments will not be covered by insurance.

SoulCare Access Program

The SoulCare Access Program is designed to ensure that quality therapy is accessible to those facing financial hardship.

Clients with adequate insurance coverage are not eligible for this program and will be referred through our standard insurance-based services. Our goal is to reserve these limited resources for those who truly cannot access care otherwise.

  • Sessions will be $30 each
